We had a wonderful discussion about the ‘ah ha’ moments Natalie experienced, and how she has adjusted her job search approach to successfully land her next contract.

How do you show your personality, talk about your passions, and get personal without abandoning the details that show your experience and competency? 

And when it comes to networking on LinkedIn, what is the right approach? How do you find people to reach out to…and what is the right way to contact them?
